Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NOVAPRO MULTI-SERVICES LLC website. They describe the rules for browsing our site, submitting inquiries, scheduling appointments, and communicating with us online. They do not replace written engagement letters or service agreements for specific professional services.

NOVAPRO MULTI-SERVICES LLC
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our other posted policies that apply to your use of the site, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately. Your continued use after we post revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you use the website on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Website Purpose
This website is operated by NOVAPRO MULTI-SERVICES LLC (“Novapro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to provide information about our professional services, educational and general informational content, ways to contact us, and tools to request appointments or submit service inquiries.
Our services may include individual and business tax preparation, ITIN assistance, bookkeeping, document preparation, Florida notary services, and translation and interpretation, subject to engagement acceptance, licensing, and applicable professional rules.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific engagement, information on the website is general in nature. It is intended to help you learn about our capabilities and how to reach us; it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Nova Creative Studio and Nova Creative Art are related creative divisions with their own external websites. Those sites are not governed by these Terms.
Eligibility to Use the Website
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to use this website to submit forms, schedule appointments, or request services on your own behalf.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when completing contact forms, appointment requests, intake questions, or other submissions. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current when you interact with us through the site.
We may refuse or limit access to the website or to certain features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
No Professional Relationship Created
Visiting the website, reading content, sending a message, completing a contact form, requesting information, or scheduling a consultation or appointment does not by itself create any of the following:
- a client or customer relationship with Novapro;
- a tax preparer–client relationship under federal or state rules;
- an engagement letter, retainer agreement, or other formal service contract;
- any continuing professional duty to provide advice or services to you.
Professional services begin only after Novapro accepts an engagement through the intake and documentation procedures we use for your service type, which may include required disclosures, identity verification, and signed authorizations.
Service Requests
You may use the website to express interest in services, ask questions, or submit requests for follow-up. All service requests are subject to our review of scope, capacity, compliance requirements, and eligibility for the service requested.
Acceptance of a service request is not automatic. We may decline or defer requests that are outside our qualifications, that we cannot perform responsibly, or that require documentation or verification we cannot complete.
Certain services have specific eligibility or documentation requirements—for example, ITIN assistance under IRS rules, notarial acts under Florida law, or business tax work that requires entity records. We will communicate any additional steps before professional work begins.
When you become a client, the scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities for that engagement are defined in separate written agreements, disclosures, and authorizations—not solely by website content or informal messages.
Appointments
Appointment scheduling through the website or by other channels is subject to confirmation by Novapro. A requested time is not guaranteed until we confirm it with you.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible using the contact information on this site. We will work with you in good faith to find an alternative time when availability permits.
Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations without reasonable notice may affect our ability to hold future appointment slots for you, particularly during peak tax seasons or limited availability periods.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the session, reschedule remaining items, or reschedule the appointment depending on staff availability and the nature of the service.
Appointment policies for confirmed client engagements may also be described in your service agreement or intake materials where they differ from these general website Terms.
Payments
Fees for professional services are not fixed on this website for every engagement. Applicable fees, accepted payment methods, and payment timing will be communicated before services begin when appropriate—for example in a quote, invoice, engagement letter, or intake confirmation.
You agree to pay amounts you authorize for services we agree to perform, subject to the terms of your engagement. Third-party payment processors may handle card or electronic payments; their terms may apply to the payment transaction.
We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our website. Questions about a specific invoice or payment should be directed to us using the contact information below.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation treatment depends on the type of service, work already performed, materials submitted to government agencies, and the terms of any written agreement you signed for that engagement.
If you cancel before we begin substantive work, we may refund preparatory fees or deposits according to the engagement terms we provided. Once we have performed billable work, delivered completed documents, or transmitted filings you authorized, fees for that work are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your agreement.
Government filing fees, third-party charges, and costs we pay on your behalf are typically non-refundable even if an agency denies or delays processing.
If you disagree with a charge, contact us promptly so we can review the engagement record. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or professional regulations.
Electronic Communications
By using this website, submitting forms, requesting appointments, or providing an email address or telephone number, you consent to receive communications from us electronically in connection with your inquiry or services. These communications may include:
- responses to contact or appointment requests;
- appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates;
- requests for documents or information needed to evaluate or perform services;
- invoices, receipts, and administrative notices;
- service-related updates when you are a client under an engagement.
Electronic records and signatures may be used for permitted communications where consistent with applicable law and your engagement terms. You may also contact us by telephone or postal mail using the information in Contact Information.
Do not send Social Security numbers, complete tax returns, passport images, or other highly sensitive documents through ordinary website forms unless we direct you to a secure method.
Client Responsibilities
When you inquire about or receive professional services, you agree to cooperate in reasonable ways that allow us to perform work competently and in compliance with applicable rules. Responsibilities may include:
- providing complete and accurate information and correcting errors you discover;
- submitting requested documentation within reasonable timeframes;
- responding to our questions and document requests in a timely manner;
- notifying us of material changes that affect the services we are performing;
- reviewing drafts, returns, or documents we prepare for you before you sign or authorize filing when we ask you to do so;
- maintaining copies of important records for your own files.
Failure to provide requested information or cooperation within a reasonable time may delay or prevent us from completing services.
Intellectual Property
The website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, trade dress, page layout, downloadable materials we make available for general use, and software that operates the site—are owned by Novapro or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print reasonable portions of the website for personal, non-commercial reference related to evaluating our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
Our company name, logos, and service descriptions may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
- use the site in violation of applicable local, state, federal, or international law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or connected networks;
- use automated means to scrape or harvest content in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- use contact or appointment forms to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to our services.
We may suspend access, remove content, or cooperate with appropriate authorities when we reasonably believe the website has been misused.
Third-Party Websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services—for example, external stores or creative brand sites. Those links are provided for convenience. Novapro does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their terms and policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information to them.
Website Availability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the website and to keep information current. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
The website may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties that may apply to website access where allowed by law.
Disclaimer Regarding Information
Content on this website is offered for general informational purposes to help you understand our services and how to contact us. It should not be treated as individualized tax, legal, immigration, accounting, or financial advice unless we expressly agree otherwise in a signed engagement.
Novapro is not a law firm. Website content does not create an attorney-client relationship. Professional outcomes described on service pages are illustrative and not guarantees.
For important limitations on professional services—including tax, ITIN, bookkeeping, document preparation, notary, and translation services—see our Legal Disclaimer. For how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novapro and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the website, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising solely from your use of the website (and not from professional services governed by a separate signed service agreement) will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Claims related to professional services you receive under a service agreement are governed by that agreement and applicable professional standards, not solely by this website limitation.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Novapro and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against reasonable claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification when practicable and may cooperate with you in the defense at your expense. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another state’s laws, and by applicable federal law of the United States.
Professional services engagements may include additional choice-of-law or dispute provisions in signed agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement regarding website use, the service agreement controls for the professional engagement; these Terms continue to govern general website access unless the agreement states otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal requirements. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website unless a different effective date is required by law or stated in the revision notice. Your continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice when appropriate—for example, a prominent notice on the website.
