Bookkeeping and Financial Record Organization

Consistent records to support clearer business decisions

Small-business bookkeeping workspace with invoices, folders, and a laptop showing neutral financial charts.

Our bookkeeping services help businesses maintain organized financial records based on information the client supplies. Bookkeeping does not include tax return preparation unless you separately request and accept a tax preparation engagement. Novapro Multi-Services LLC also prepares and electronically files eligible federal income tax returns through authorized preparers with valid PTINs and the firm’s authorized IRS e-file provider account.

What we provide

  • Ongoing categorization of income and expenses from records and access you authorize.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations against statements you provide or connect.
  • Accounts payable and receivable tracking at an organizational level—not bill payment unless explicitly agreed.
  • QuickBooks or similar platform setup, cleanup, and maintenance within our tool expertise.
  • Internal financial reports for management use based on your books—not audited statements.

What is included

  • Monthly or periodic bookkeeping cycles as agreed.
  • Chart of accounts recommendations at a practical level using your business structure.
  • Year-end organization and export packages to support tax filing, including when you separately engage us for tax preparation.

What is not included

  • Audit, review, or compilation attestation engagements.
  • CPA opinions, certified financial statements, or assurance services.
  • Legal or investment advice within a bookkeeping-only engagement.
  • Payroll tax filing unless separately scoped and authorized.
  • Fraud investigation or forensic accounting.
  • Federal or state income tax return preparation, electronic filing, or IRS representation as part of a bookkeeping-only engagement (available under a separate tax preparation engagement).

Who this is for

Small businesses, sole proprietors, and rental property owners who need consistent books and clear internal reports. Clients who also need federal tax preparation may engage our authorized tax preparers separately.

Documents and information you may need

You typically provide bank and credit card statements, merchant processor reports, invoices, receipts, payroll summaries if applicable, loan statements, and access to accounting software when authorized. Timeliness and completeness of your records directly affect report accuracy.

Typical process

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

We review your entity type, accounts, software, and reporting needs—including whether tax preparation will be a separate engagement.

  2. Step 2

    Setup or cleanup

We configure or correct your ledger, categories, and opening balances as agreed.

  3. Step 3

    Periodic bookkeeping

We post transactions, reconcile accounts, and produce agreed reports on schedule.

  4. Step 4

    Review and handoff

You review reports and retain source documents. Year-end packages support tax filing; eligible federal returns may be prepared and e-filed when you engage us for tax services separately.

Availability

Bookkeeping support is commonly delivered remotely using cloud accounting tools.

We serve clients where engagement terms and software access allow. Industry-specific regulatory reporting (for example, certain licensed professions) may require specialists beyond our scope—confirmed during review.

Important boundaries

Bookkeeping services organize and maintain financial records based on information supplied by the client. Novapro Multi-Services LLC does not perform audits, attest engagements, CPA certifications, or issue audited or certified financial statements within bookkeeping engagements. Federal income tax preparation, electronic filing, and IRS representation are not included in a bookkeeping-only engagement; they are available under separate tax services through authorized preparers with valid PTINs and the firm’s authorized IRS e-file provider account, subject to engagement acceptance and applicable IRS rules.
