Legal Disclaimer

This Legal Disclaimer describes the scope, limitations, and important disclosures that apply to NOVAPRO MULTI-SERVICES LLC and the professional services described on this website. Please read it together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which address website rules and personal information handling respectively.

NOVAPRO MULTI-SERVICES LLC

General Disclaimer

NOVAPRO MULTI-SERVICES LLC (“Novapro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides bilingual professional and administrative services from our office in Miramar, Florida. This Legal Disclaimer applies to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients who use the website or engage our services.

Novapro offers tax preparation and related tax services, ITIN application assistance, bookkeeping, document preparation, Florida notary services, and translation and interpretation, each within the scope described on our service pages and in written engagement materials. Nothing on this website expands our authority beyond what applicable law, licensing, and professional rules allow.

Service-specific limitations appear in the sections below. Written service agreements, intake forms, and statutory notices provided for a particular engagement supplement this Disclaimer and control when they describe that engagement more specifically.

Informational Content

Articles, summaries, FAQs, service descriptions, and other materials on this website are intended for general informational purposes. They help you understand what we offer and how to contact us; they are not automatically tailored to your facts, goals, or jurisdiction.

Website content should not be treated as individualized tax, legal, immigration, accounting, or financial advice. Decisions with significant legal or financial consequences should be based on a review of your specific situation with qualified professionals.

Rules for using this website—including appointments, communications, and acceptable use—are set out in our Terms of Use.

Terms of Use

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Novapro is not a law firm. Our team members are not acting as your attorneys, and no attorney-client relationship is created by browsing the website, sending a message, scheduling a consultation, or receiving administrative, tax, notary, translation, or bookkeeping services from us.

We do not represent you before courts, immigration tribunals, or other adjudicative bodies unless a separate written agreement with a licensed attorney explicitly provides for that representation—and that is outside our standard service model.

Communications with Novapro are not protected by the attorney-client privilege. Protections that apply to tax return information or other categories of data are described in our Privacy Policy and governed by applicable law.

Tax Preparation Services

Our tax preparation services include preparing federal and, where applicable, state and local tax returns for individuals and businesses based on information and records you provide. We organize source documents, apply current forms and instructions, and prepare returns for your review before filing when our process includes that step.

You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information you supply, including income, deductions, credits, dependents, business activity, and any other items material to the return. You should review draft returns carefully, ask questions about entries you do not understand, and sign or authorize filing only when you agree the return reflects your information to the best of your knowledge.

Authorized preparers use valid preparer tax identification numbers (PTINs) where required. When you authorize electronic filing, transmission occurs through approved channels and authorized e-file procedures subject to IRS and state acceptance and applicable rules.

We do not guarantee any refund amount, credit, audit result, penalty abatement, or processing time. The Internal Revenue Service, state tax departments, and local agencies make final determinations on assessments, refunds, examinations, and penalties. You remain responsible for timely filing and payment obligations even when you engage us to prepare a return.

ITIN Assistance

ITIN assistance includes helping you complete IRS Form W-7 and related documentation, organizing identity and supporting records under current IRS instructions, and facilitating submission through procedures we are authorized to use—including Certifying Acceptance Agent services when offered and properly authorized.

We do not issue ITINs and cannot influence IRS processing priorities or approval decisions. The IRS alone decides whether to assign, renew, or reject an ITIN application and may request additional verification.

You are responsible for providing genuine identity documents and accurate application information. Outcomes such as assignment of an ITIN, renewal, or rejection are determined solely by the IRS.

Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping services help organize and maintain financial records—such as categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and producing internal reports—based on documents and data you provide. The goal is orderly recordkeeping to support your business operations and, when you separately engage us, tax preparation.

Bookkeeping is not an audit, review, compilation, or other assurance engagement. It does not produce audited or CPA-certified financial statements unless you separately retain a licensed CPA firm for that purpose in a distinct engagement.

Bookkeeping does not include legal advice or representation. Federal income tax return preparation and e-file are not included in a bookkeeping-only engagement unless you separately engage our tax services.

Document Preparation Services

Document preparation means clerical and administrative assistance: typing, formatting, organizing, assembling, and scanning documents using information and instructions you supply. We do not independently investigate facts, select legal theories, or determine whether a form or petition is appropriate for your goals.

You remain responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy and completeness before signing or submitting it to any agency or third party. You should verify that names, dates, addresses, and factual statements match your records and intentions.

Where Florida or federal law requires specific consumer notices for certain immigration-related or other document services, we provide those notices when applicable. Document preparation is not the practice of law and does not include legal document drafting in the sense of advising what legal outcome to seek.

Florida Notary Services

A Florida notary public performs notarial acts authorized by Florida law—such as acknowledgments, oaths or affirmations, and verifications on oath or affirmation—when identity and ceremony requirements are met. A notary verifies identity through permitted identification methods and confirms that the signer understands the act being performed, within the notary’s non-attorney role.

Notarization does not certify that the underlying document is truthful, legally sufficient, or acceptable to any receiving agency. It does not guarantee that a form will be approved, that a transaction is valid, or that legal rights have been created or preserved.

Florida notaries may not provide legal advice or explain how a document affects your legal rights. If you need that guidance, consult a licensed attorney.

Translation Services

Translation services convert written text from a source language into a target language based on the materials you provide. We aim for accurate, faithful rendering of the source content appropriate to the purpose you describe—for example general communication, administrative submission, or certified translation when we offer and you request that level of service.

Certified or notarized translations, when available, attest to the translator’s role and the translation process as we describe in your engagement; they do not guarantee that any court, immigration office, or other authority will accept the translation.

Agencies and institutions decide independently whether a translation meets their requirements. Requirements vary by form, program, and jurisdiction.

Interpretation Services

Interpretation services facilitate spoken communication between parties who use different languages. The interpreter conveys meaning between languages to the best of their skill and professional standards; the interpreter does not advocate for a party, provide legal advice, or represent you before any tribunal.

We do not guarantee that an interpreter will be available for every date, venue, or subject matter, or that every agency will accept lay or professional interpretation arrangements we help coordinate.

For legal hearings, depositions, or high-stakes proceedings, agencies or courts may require specific credentials or court-appointed interpreters. We will explain scope limitations when you request interpretation services.

Third-Party Information

Some services rely on records, forms, guidance, or data maintained by third parties—including the IRS, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Florida agencies, financial institutions, employers, and other entities. We cannot control the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information those sources publish or provide to you.

When you direct us to use third-party data, you are responsible for obtaining lawful access and for informing us of updates or corrections that affect our work.

Links on our website to external resources are for convenience. We are not responsible for content on third-party websites.

Government Decisions

Approvals, denials, delays, requests for evidence, examinations, audits, collection actions, benefit determinations, and similar outcomes are made solely by the responsible government agency or court. Novapro cannot guarantee favorable results, specific processing times, or that submitted materials will be accepted without change.

If an agency requests additional documentation or rejects a filing, you may need to respond directly or with our assistance under a new or continued engagement, subject to applicable rules and fees.

Tax, immigration, and licensing laws change frequently. We apply requirements known to us at the time of service but cannot ensure that future law changes will not affect prior filings or pending applications.

Professional Referrals

When a matter requires services outside our scope—such as legal representation, attest-level accounting, investment advice, or specialized financial planning—we may suggest that you consult an appropriately licensed professional. Any referral is provided as a courtesy unless we state otherwise in writing.

We do not receive compensation for referrals unless we disclose that relationship to you in advance as required by law or professional rule. Referral to another professional does not create a partnership or joint venture with that person or firm.

You are free to choose your own attorney, CPA, financial advisor, or other provider.

Client Responsibility

Successful engagements depend on your cooperation. You are responsible to:

  • provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation;
  • review work products we prepare for you before signing, filing, or submitting them;
  • notify us promptly of changes that affect services in progress;
  • respond to reasonable requests for clarification or additional records;
  • maintain copies of important documents and confirmations for your records;
  • meet your own deadlines with government agencies when you are the filer of record, unless our engagement explicitly includes deadline tracking for a defined scope.

Written service agreements describe fees, deliverables, and responsibilities for each engagement. If you do not understand a request we make, ask before proceeding.

Limitation of Reliance

You should not rely solely on general website content, informal emails, or social media posts when making significant tax, legal, immigration, or financial decisions. Reliance is appropriate only after a defined engagement in which we have reviewed your specific information and confirmed the scope of what we are providing.

When in doubt, request individualized assistance or consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or other qualified advisor for matters beyond our stated scope.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Legal Disclaimer periodically to reflect changes in services, regulation, or business practices. When we update the Disclaimer, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Updated versions take effect when posted on the website unless a different effective date is required by law or stated in the update notice. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Disclaimer to the extent permitted by law.
