Frequently asked questions
Can a notary tell me which certificate I need?
No. Florida notaries who are not attorneys may not choose the notarial act or advise on legal sufficiency. Ask the receiving institution or a licensed attorney.
Do you offer remote online notarization?
Remote online notarization is advertised only if the notary is registered and systems meet Florida requirements. Ask during scheduling for current availability.
Will USCIS accept your translation?
USCIS publishes requirements for complete English translations and translator certification statements. Acceptance is decided by USCIS. We explain those requirements and match our deliverables to your stated need when agreed in scope.
Can you interpret at my USCIS interview?
USCIS may provide interpreters or restrict outside interpreters depending on the proceeding. Confirm with USCIS or your attorney before booking interpretation.
